ERASURE SPECIAL ISSUE (2016)

*

Hey there. So we love erasures. We also love erasure (the act). We love the synth duo Erasure too. You too? Well, consider sending us something for the special issue.

We'll publish a special issue of erasure, erasure-themed, or Erasure-namechecking text and art, to be published at the end of 2016.

We're super open-ended with how we think about erasure. If you feel it's an erasure, okay, try us.

Deadline extended to August 1, 2016 because why not?

>>> We much prefer electronic submissions, all things being equal, but we'll be happy to consider hardcopy, too. (Hardcopy submissions can take dramatically longer for us to respond, as our filing and circulation system is much less elegant for these submissions; we're still happy to read them, but consider this a caveat.)

>>> So for electronic submissions, use the [submissions manager], and when it asks you for genre select Erasure Special Issue. Attach a full copy in Rich Text Format, MS Word, or PDF. For images, same deal, send a low-res version (with enough detail that we can read text, but it doesn't have to be high-resolution at this point) in JPG, GIF, PNG, or PDF format. If it's something else, please explain. Note that the submissions manager only accepts files up to about 9 megabytes, so compress it if you need to.

The submissions manager is also only setup to accept single files, so if you're sending a multipage thing, it needs to be one file (pdf's great for this) or as a zipfile.
